The DT II Type Fixed Belt Conveyor from INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS CONSULTING LTD is a versatile continuous conveying system designed for the reliable transportation of bulk materials and complete articles across demanding industrial environments. Using cotton canvas, nylon, polyester canvas, or steel cord belts as traction components, the conveyor delivers dependable performance across a wide range of applications.
With high conveying capacity, adjustable belt speeds, strong climbing capability, low operating costs, and easy maintenance, the DT II belt conveyor supports efficient material handling while facilitating automated conveyor system control. It is suitable for coal, metallurgy, mining, ports, chemical processing, light industry, oil, machinery, and other material-handling applications.
The conveyor is available with belt widths from 500 mm to 1400 mm and speeds ranging from 0.8 to 5.0 m/s. Belt strength options include cotton canvas belts up to 56 N/mm per layer, nylon and PET woven belts from 100–300 N/mm per layer, and steel cord belts from ST630–ST2000 N/mm. Maximum conveying capacity can reach 4,130 m³/h, providing an efficient solution for high-volume industrial material transportation.
