HADP/HADPP slurry pumps deliver reliable, high-pressure performance for demanding applications involving highly abrasive, corrosive, and dense slurries such as tailings. Their replaceable hard metal or pressure-moulded elastomer liners and impellers provide flexibility and long service life, while high-efficiency impellers support optimized pumping performance.
Designed for series and multi-stage installations, HADP pumps support 2–4 stages, while HADPP pumps support 3–6 stages. With pressure ratings up to 6900 kPa, they enable efficient transportation of very dense slurries while reducing the need for additional pump houses and supporting systems.
The pumps feature ductile iron outer casings, high-chrome white iron impellers, and interchangeable metal or elastomer wet-end components. Maintenance is simplified through minimum casing bolts, slip-fit shaft sleeves, cartridge-type bearing assemblies, cast-in impeller threads, positively secured replaceable liners, and an impeller release collar on larger models. Available wet-end configurations include two- to three-piece metal liners and two- to four-piece elastomer liners.
